In 1982 I landed on the planet — in Taos, New Mexico, specifically. At 9-months of age, my parents moved to Sweden, where I spent my formative years. At the age of 15, I moved back to the United States, where I have spent most of my adult life. After a ten-year stint on the East coast where I finished college and graduate studies, Tucson AZ has become home.
I enjoy the outdoors, family, reading about mind-stuff, and dark chocolate. I have been involved in personal growth and development efforts since my early 20s, no end in sight.
I got my master’s degree in social work, and I have gotten well over 700 hours of audio-visual training in advanced methods of psychotherapy for over a decade from some very accomplished clinicians. In addition to offering psychotherapy services I also teach and train other therapists all over the world.
