I use a number of different modalities in my approach to helping people resolve emotional and interpersonal life-struggles. While my approach is integrative and eclectic I stand firmly on the foundation of Intensive Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) as most of my training and passion is centered on this modality.
ISTDP relies on a rapidly growing evidence-base and combines an insight-oriented, dynamic approach with an experiential frame-by-frame focus and attention to real-time experience that is trauma informed and anchored in an understanding of the centrality of the human attachment system.
